will this ride ever end?

For the first time today…I feel like life may get back to “normal”. Not sure if there is anyone out there missing the Nighthowells and honestly have not felt like blogging at all. I mean one Momma can only handle so much AND live to tell about it ;). Surgery was a success…so far except for a spinal leak that was repaired, so we thought. The massive spinal headache from Hades came four days later and sent me to the ER for an epidural blood patch. No fun. Details later maybe if I can allow myself to relive that ER drama. They improved but them came back. Another blood patch was done Friday and so far we are seeing some improvements. If conditions get worse, Doc said I will need surgery to repair the leak. This is where we stand. Waiting, semi-falling apart, hopeful, discouraged, grateful for the help we are blessed with and as of last night hit with the stomach flu. This road is rough but nothing our God doesn’t know about. Everything has been tested including our faith, our marriage, our parenting, our ministry, our health, our parenting and our perspective. Hopefully this blog will fire up again soon with all the ways we have seen provision. Until then, anyone out there?
